The Imperial Molé Stout was brewed with Maris Otter, Chocolate, and Toasted Malts. Following the boil, this beer was aged on cinnamon, chocolate, and chili peppers. A 4-hour boil was used to create a thicker body than their previous stouts, and the cinnamon and chili peppers provide just the right amount of spice to the thick and smooth mouthfeel of this beer. This beer ended up being one of their highest rated beers on Untappd, and it’s still available for now. You don’t want to miss it!
