Today Perkasie’s Free Will Brewing Co. released two cans at their Perkasie and Peddler’s Village locations! The Brut IPA is the new IPA fad brewing in the craft beer world! A brut IPA is a dry IPA brewed with the enzyme amyloglucosidase. This enzyme breaks down sugars that yeast does not break down. The hops are typically added after the boil to allow for all of the hop aromas without the bitterness.
Pink Guava Muse is an Imperial Oat Pale Ale brewed with oats and lactose and is conditioned on fresh pink guava. This heavy-hitting juice bomb rings in at 8% abv. The hop aromas up front set the stage for slightly tart pink guava on the back end.
