Sandler’s brings upscale comfort food to a casual dining setting in the Franklin, located at 834 Chestnut Street. They opened about a month ago on the corner of 9th and Chestnut. They recently obtained a liquor license and will begin serving alcohol in the coming weeks.
The staff is personable and inviting. Not just our waitress, Jill (who was fantastic), but everyone makes the customer feel welcome here. They were happy to answer any questions about the menu as well.
The food was exceptionally fresh. The produce, in particular, was crisp from being locally-sourced. It practically tastes like they’re picked from a garden in the kitchen. They pride themselves in using sustainable methods, such as wild-caught as opposed to farm-raised. This really shows in the flavor if their product.
